DecidePlease™ is the arbitration sibling of MediatePlease™. When talking it out hasn't worked, each side files its case in writing — openings, rebuttals, evidence — and an adjudicator decides it on the record. No hearings, no private side-conversations: everything either party files is visible to both.
AI Adjudicator — the AI runs the case and issues a reasoned award from the written record.
AI-assisted human arbitrator — a human arbitrator leads; the AI screens submissions and drafts the award for their review.
Human arbitrator — a person decides, with no AI screening.
Awards are advisory and non-binding by default. An award is binding only if both parties explicitly opt in to binding arbitration when they affirm the agreement — and the award document says which it is.
